my new version of pansit
Pansit is a traditional filipino dish..In every occasion or gathering party, pansit is always there.
Everybody love this kind of dish, simple and easy to cook..as much as economy concern,I'm not the type of person that i always following all the ingredients that ive been searching online..instead I used whatever in my kitchen to create some foods that way i can save money plus i creating more what i expected
You can try my own ingredients..enjoy!!
Ingredients
1 pkg of noodles (excellent bihon)
5 pcs of bacon
onion
garlic
2 egg
3 sausage
carrots
spinach
soy sauce
pepper
1/2 cup of water
PROCEDURE
1. Soak noodles in warm water for 30 seconds minutes, drain
2. fry the bacon and used oil for frying sausage, onion, garlic.
3. make scramble egg and mix together, add the carrots
4. continue stirring, add spinach, soy sauce, and 1/2 cup of water
5. bring to a boil, then add pepper and noodles..stirring lightly until noodles are cooked..serve and enjoy with bread..
