French's Green Beans Casserole
Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 can cut green beans
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
Directions:
Mix soup, milk and pepper in a 1 1/2 -qt. baking dish. Stir in beans and 2/3 cup French Fried Onions.
Bake at 350°F for 30 min. or until hot.
Stir. Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake 5 min. until onions are golden.
Fiesta Chicken
Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast and cut into 1" pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 small jalapeno pepper finely chopped (optional)
2 diced tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon cumin
cucumber
Directions
Heat oil in skillet, cook chicken pieces until browned. Remove and drain
Place onion, green pepper, garlic and jalapeno pepper in skillet and saute until slightly cooked
Add all ingredients to crock-pot and stir to combine
Cover, cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Serve on flour tortillas and enjoy with Ranch :)
