A Twist of Ensaymada

Ensaymada is one of the famous bread in the Philippines. Ensaymada is a pastry product from Mallorca, Spain. It is a common cuisine eaten in most former Spanish territories in Latin America and the Philippines. Every Filipino knows about the ensaymada is just a plain bread with cheese, butter and sugar. It takes me a long time to finally learned to make it, at first I was really disappointed that it will not turn out well. But I did not giving up to learn and make more just to make if perfect soft and tasty. I am very happy that I finally made it :). My husband and kids love it and so do I. Now because I've learned from scratch, I make my own twist like chocolate toppings and other flavor too.
