Pancit Lomi
First SnowStorm in our Place..brrr ,,but I'm not yet ready for this,,but it was cool to see this kind of weather
Pancit Lomi is a Filipino - Chinese Dish made of fresh egg noodles. With a variety of ingredients, meat, soup stock, veggies, meatballs, kikiam, boiled egg, and some seasonings. While others like to have some chilli and lots of peppers, soy sauce with Calamansi. And This kind of Dishes is really good in a cold weather. Last night we had our first Snow Storm, So I made this kind of soup to warm me up.
