Homemade Siopao
Tonight I made HOMEMADE SIOPAO and it is TASTY!!! I am very pleased with how they turned out. The dough is light and the pork is tender. I decided to also make a dipping sauce and that turned out great as well... of course, the photos say it all but you don't have to take my word for it, just ask my husband!
"Sooooo good!" - Matt
He would say more but his mouth is full of siopao! Hehehehe...
A little taste of home! I am proud to be a filipina!
