Lumpiang Ubod

Lumpiang ubod is all time favorite of every filipino. I'm always eating lumpiang ubod in Raon, Quiapo manila..Can't remember the name of the place but It's one of the best place to eat lumpiang sariwa.
Lumpiang sariwa is made from the ubod or the coconut palm heart, veggies, chopped peanuts and sauce...Now I'm too far from that place and need to make on my own..And this is my entry ..enjoy..

    my all time fave. Used to visit this place in sta cruz who serves very yummy lumping ubod- all the way from cavite- just to soothe my cravings
